In An Introduction to Film Analysis, the authors teach how to analyse the technique of film in the process of producing meaning, then moving to five film analyses. Finally, they develop a critical analysis of a corpus of films from historical, psychological, ideological, gender, race, political, post-structuralist and scientific perspectives.
