The Web and documentaries: an inseparable duo?

Abstract

The webdocumentary is discussed as an artwork that, under the current panorama of artistic production, contributes not only to the evolution of the documentary, which becomes interactive but also to the development of interactive digital technologies. I understand webdocumentary as a cut from the lifeworld with two approaches: centered and global, with a disseminated and a cumulative navigation, respectively, and the user assumes the role of an explorer.
